3.3. How to Edit or Cancel an Order Once an order has been placed, it is processed quickly. However, if you need to make any changes, please act fast. Here’s how:
- Step 1: If the order has not yet been processed, you can request to modify or cancel it by contacting our customer service team. You can reach them via email or phone.
- Step 2: Provide your order number and explain the change or cancellation request.
- Step 3: If the order has already been processed or shipped, changes will not be possible, but you may still be able to initiate a return once the items arrive.
Please note that our system automatically processes orders as quickly as possible to minimize delays, so once the order is shipped, we may not be able to make any changes.
