1.4. How to Close Your Account If you wish to delete or deactivate your account, please follow these steps:
- Step 1: Log into your account and go to the “Account Settings”.
- Step 2: Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on “Close Account”.
- Step 3: You’ll be asked to confirm your decision. Once confirmed, your account will be deactivated, and you will no longer have access to order history, saved payment methods, or personal preferences.
- Please note: If you have any open orders or pending returns, you must resolve them before requesting account closure.
For security reasons, once your account is closed, it cannot be reopened. If you need to reopen your account at a later time, you’ll need to create a new one.
